To initiate an exchange request, please email us at info@therapythreadsct.com with your name, address, original order number, reason for the exchange and the item you would like to exchange it for. Please be sure to include the size that you would like as well as color/style.

If the garment has been intentionally altered in any way – cut, burned, stretched out, we will not replace it. Therapy Threads has the right to decline an exchange request.
